What comes back

One PDF page. At the top, your loaded cost per wash hour and the rate you should be earning on the truck. Then a table: each surface, your floor per unit, the 2026 market range, your price per unit, the typical job at your price, and what you net per hour on it. Rows where your floor sits above the market midpoint are marked, because those are the jobs you are either slow at, paying too much chem on, or should pass. Multipliers for soil, stories and rush at the bottom.

The one ask

Use it on a real quote, then tell us what you charged and whether you got the job. That is the only price. If it worked, a sentence we can quote helps the next operator trust it. If it did not, say so and we fix the engine.
